All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required booking confirmation and/or payment.
Payment must be made as per the agreed payment terms. Delayed payments may result in cancellation of the booking or additional charges.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the vehicle type, booking date, and timing of cancellation.
Toll charges, parking fees, permits, interstate taxes, entry fees, driver allowance, and other applicable charges will be charged as per the agreed quotation.
GST will be charged as applicable under prevailing government regulations.
Vehicle allocation is subject to availability. In unavoidable circumstances, SSV Travels reserves the right to provide a similar or equivalent vehicle.
The vehicle will operate according to the agreed itinerary and usage hours. Additional hours and/or kilometres will be charged as applicable.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. SSV Travels will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Any changes to the agreed itinerary, additional destinations, route deviations, or extended vehicle usage may result in additional charges.
SSV Travels will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by traffic, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers or customers may be charged to the customer.
By confirming a booking with SSV Travels, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions. SSV Travels reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
