Bookings are confirmed subject to vehicle availability and upon receipt of the required booking confirmation or advance payment.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the vehicle type, booking date, and time of cancellation. Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting the relevant cancellation charges.
Customers must make payments according to the agreed payment terms. Delayed payments may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking/service.
Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, service charges, and any expenses already incurred.
Vehicle allocation is subject to availability. In unforeseen circumstances, SSV Travels may provide a similar or equivalent vehicle.
Additional kilometres, extra hours, driver allowance, night charges, route changes, parking fees, tolls, permits, entry fees, and other applicable charges will be billed as per the agreed quotation or applicable rates.
GST and other applicable government taxes will be charged as per prevailing regulations. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and GST details, where applicable.
Passengers must follow safety instructions, traffic regulations, and vehicle capacity limits. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may be charged separately to the customer.
SSV Travels may collect customer information, including name, contact details, travel information, and billing details, for booking, communication, billing, and service-related purposes. Customer information will be handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
SSV Travels will not be responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, road closures, government restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
